The Solace UK Business Training Program
We are pleased to announce that we have received external funding specifically for revert sisters from the BAME community who have been struggling financially, exacerbated by COVID-19 and wish to improve their families’ financial situation through learning how to start up her own business.
Note: This training program is being funded externally and the qualifications set by the funders is for beneficiaries to belong to the BAME community as a way of aiding and giving back to ethnic minorities.
Inside the Business Training Program:
7 Fundamental Topics on Starting and Running A Business
The training program will consist of the following content: Ideation, Target Audience, Market Research, Sustainability, Writing a Business Plan, Finances, and Legal Structures.
Six (6) Training Sessions
The content will be covered in six (6) training sessions taking place every two weeks over a 3-month period.
Six (6) Monthly Group Coaching Sessions
Through the duration of the training program, we will be holding group coaching sessions where sisters can ask questions and receive coaching and support.
Skills and Knowledge to Confidently Start and Run a Successful Business
Participants of the training program will acquire the skills needed to write her own complete business plan, and gain the confidence and knowledge in approaching possible funders.
Opportunity To Receive Start Up Funding
Participants of the training program have the opportunity to receive start-up funding!
Business plans will be submitted to a Solace UK panel, upon which the best 5 business plans will each receive a £750 start up fund for their business.
